Dear diary, this Sunday is a bad Sunday, why ? cause this day our brother was have a disaster. In gunung kidul, many house were flooded and many bridge were broken. Me and my friend have an idea to help them. I went to my community and told them to help. They was very interested with our ideas. At the noon we went to gunung kidul to help them, the disaster victims are very gratful because we have to help them.  

            Dear diary, im feel better this day, i can breath normally and i can do a light exercise. I jog arround the village, and its a beautiful morning !, a clear weather with a birds chirp and the splashing sound of water in a small river, That was relaxing me !!. After i jogging, i feed 2 monkeys that are next of my house. At the noon, i had a lunch with my old friend who came from bogor to visit me and have a holiday in here. He tell me my mom was very worrying about my health. After i hear that, i rang my mom and i said im in a good condition.

             Dear diary, this day i’ve a problem with my lung, i can’t breath normally, it was disturbing me. I got a class this morning, but my lecturer can’t attend the class, i can rest at my bed for an hour before i got the next class. At the noon, i went to the hospital to check my lung and my symptom. The doctor telled me i got an brochitis cronic, i really shocked, i remember that i’ve smoke for 6 month and frequent night out with my ride didn’t wear a jacket or mask. Now, i’ve to medical checkup frequently one day in a week.
